Bill Livingston joined Berkman, Gordon, Murray & DeVan in 2012, after graduating magna cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, he served as the Executive Research Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. He has a broad array of experience in criminal and civil matters at both the trial and appellate levels. He has represented defendants charged with crimes in federal, state, local, and juvenile courts across Ohio and has fought for clients seeking post-conviction relief. In addition to his criminal law practice, he has represented clients seeking redress for the violation of their constitutional and civil rights, as well as those who have been injured as a result of medical malpractice or negligence.
